Content, plans and cancellation
What a "content" is
Each AI-generated post consumes 1 content from your balance. Editing a post you already generated doesn't consume anything. Regenerating the text or the image of an existing post doesn't create a new post either.
When you connect your Instagram for the first time, you get up to 20 free content credits to try things out, no card needed.
Plans and packs
- Monthly plans - renew your content amount every month.
- One-off packs - you buy them when you need them, no recurring charge.

Check your balance
Your content balance shows up in the Studio, under Subscription. That's also where you see your usage for the period and your billing history.
Change plan
You can move up or down a plan at any time, right on the platform, under Subscription.
Cancellation
No lock-in and no penalty: cancel any time under Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing you created is deleted.
Invoicing and payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Card declined or a question about a charge? Talk to us on WhatsApp or at contato@atray.app - we'll sort it out with you directly.
