My business: your brand profile
My business: your brand profile
In My business you describe your company once, and the AI uses that context in everything it generates: captions, images, campaigns and the replies from your support agent.
This is the step that changes the result the most. A vague profile produces generic content; a complete profile produces content that sounds like you.
What to fill in
- What you sell - products and services, using the words your customer uses.
- Target audience - who buys from you, and the pains that person has.
- Differentiator - why someone should buy from you and not from a competitor.
- Tone of voice - formal, friendly, playful. And whether emojis are allowed.
- Preferred and forbidden words - your brand vocabulary, and what the AI should never write.
- Colors and logo - used in the generated images.
Tips
- Write it the way you'd explain your business to someone who just walked in, with no internal jargon.
- Be specific about objections: "thinks it's expensive", "doesn't trust buying online". The AI uses this to write content that answers those doubts.
- Review your profile every now and then. Changed your menu, your price range or your audience? Update it here.
The brand profile is required to create campaigns. If campaign creation is blocked, it's because this screen isn't complete yet.
