Schedule
On any post, choose Schedule, pick the target account and set the date and time. ATRAY publishes on its own at the time you set - you don't need to be online.
If you want to publish right away, just leave the date blank: the post goes into the queue and goes out as soon as possible.
See your schedule
The Calendar shows everything that's scheduled, day by day. It's where you spot gaps in the week or two posts landing at the same time, and rearrange them by dragging.
Reels
A post with a video (mp4, mov or webm) is published as a Reel and also shows up in the feed. There's no extra step: upload a video, it goes out as a Reel.
Stories
In the post's Where to publish field, choose story instead of feed. The image is resized to the vertical ratio.
If publishing fails
The most common causes:
- The Instagram connection expired. Reconnect it in Social networks. This happens every now and then because of Meta's rules.
- The profile is no longer a Business/Creator account or was unlinked from the Facebook Page. See Connecting Instagram and WhatsApp.
- The video is outside Meta's limits for length or format.
A failed post isn't lost: it goes back to the list and can be rescheduled once you've fixed the cause.
